About Pyxis Oncology, Inc. (PYXS)
Pyxis Oncology Inc is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on developing therapies for patients with solid tumors, with an initial emphasis on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Its product candidate, micvotabart pelidotin (MICVO, formerly PYX-201), is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate that targets extradomain-B fibronectin (EDB+FN), a component of the tumor extracellular matrix that is expressed in tumors and minimally present in normal tissues.
