The company has one reportable segment: The Datacenter Operations segment, that derives revenue through datacenter hosting, crypto-currency self-mining, and power and capacity sales. It owns and operate a vertically integrated cryptocurrency datacenter and power generation facility in Torrey, New York, which includes a natural gas power generation plant of nameplate capacity. The cryptocurrency data center operations generate revenue in the form of bitcoin by earning bitcoin as rewards and transaction fees for supporting the bitcoin network with application-specific integrated circuit computers owned or leased by the company.
